Description: PCA implements a standard Principal Components Analysis to all bands in a multiband survey. The resulting PCA components overwrite the original bands. PCA loadings and percentage of exlplained variance are printed in a new window and can be saved as a text file. Use Merge/Break Up Surveys to save the results to a new survey so you can revert back to the original data.
Instructions: Add a PCA operation to the operation stack in a multiband survey and click run.
